Articolul de faţă îşi propune să prezinte conceptul de inteligenţă emoţională. În acelaşi timp, scopul acestuia este şi de a sublinia cât sunt de necesare abilităţile pe care acest concept le presupune şi mai ales rolul major, determinant chiar, pe care inteligenţa emoţională îl joacă în obţinerea succesului profesional în cele mai diverse domenii, cu precădere în cel managerial.
