The aim of the present study is to examine the relationship between the six dimensions of work – family conflict (WFC) / family-work conflict (FWC), well-being and the intention to quit the organization. Well-being is indicated by job/family/life satisfaction, physical health (symptoms) and psychical health (depression, anxiety, anger). In the present study we use 106 male participants (23-41 years); 46% of them work in army services and 40% of them are guardians. The results showed that FWC correlated stronger with well-being than WFC ; both WFC / FWC correlated positively with the intention to quit the job.
