Keywords:

The aim of our article is to understand the role of knowledge management (KM) in the development of international working teams and to emphasize their meaning in obtaining an organizational, collective and individual performance.
This being the main objective, we will show how and why the KM can be a source of challenging and performance for the organizations and their members. We will try to relieve how is forming, creating the organizational knowledge, which are the main processes in this collaboration and appropriation of knowledge? Finally, we propose a demarche for knowing how we can communicate in the context of intercultural management of enterprises (Romania-France): how we can diffuse, adapting and adjusting the knowledge in particularly cultural contexts.
