TRAININGUL ÎN ORGANIZAŢII: MOFT SAU NECESITATE?

Trainingul este adesea asociat organizaţiilor multinaţionale care au resurse financiare pentru a investi în formare. Realitatea ne arată că de fapt acestea vin cu o mentalitate şi cultură organizaţională specifică ţarilor dezvoltate care au înţeles că investiţia în formarea şi dezvoltarea resursei umane se intoarce în organizaţie sub formă de profit. Poate că multe firme romaneşti mici, mijlocii şi chiar mari nu se raporteaza la training din această perspectivă şi nu folosesc metoda calculului utilitaţii care le poate arăta în termeni economici avantajul investiţiei în dezvoltarea componentei umane.
